Everyone knows the story of Tommy and Gina don’t they? This must be one of those tracks that surely everyone has danced to? Weddings, Birthdays, in fact any party event this track is played. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve stood on a dance floor arms aloft signing how we’re halfway there.
I doubt you’ll find many people who don’t know this – as classic a Bon Jovi track as they come -an 80s pop rock power house of a track. Don’t over think it, don’t get tied up in the uncool 80s naffness that some people associate with Bon Jovi – just enjoy it.
