What are community authors?
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York to a British mother and Jamaican father, experiences would be life changing growing in a gritty neighborhood with gangs, drugs, violence and everything in between being originally from the east new York area then having to move to the notorious East Flatbush Ave multicultural community. Times became ruff not always having his father around but that didn’t alter his upbringing having one of the most recognized respected families in the neighborhood let’s just say that nobody wants to be on their bad side. Growing up being exposed to reggae music studying countless stage shows performances from Jamaica’s top stars at events such as sting, sunsplash, to name a few always loving his culture but taking more towards the gangsta side of Dancehall.
